Bring your valid voucher and present it upon arrival.As per Coast Guard policy, each passenger must carry a valid Identification Card (Emirates ID, Passport, or Driving License).

Passengers must be 7 years old and above.

The driver must be 16 years old and above.

Our operational hours are daily from 09:00 to 18:30 hours; the last booking will be accommodated at 18:00 hours. Please note that the experience is subject to technical and weather conditions. In such cases, the activity will be rescheduled as per the next availability. Professional photographers and videographers are available upon request at an extra cost. Clients are required to be at the location at least 10 to 15 minutes before their activity timings for registrations and safety briefings. Time adjustments will not be made due to late arrival, and refund requests will not be accommodated.
